The Challenge.
Little Sunshine Childcare Center had become an established part of its local community, providing a safe and nurturing environment for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, kindergarteners and school-age children.
Originally founded by Mrs. Willie Lou Williams and later passed on to Mrs. Payne, the center had years of history behind its name. As the next generation of leadership looked toward the future, Little Sunshine needed a refreshed visual presence that could honor its established reputation while presenting a more modern, cohesive brand to current and prospective families.
The Solution.
That Creative Guy developed a complete brand visual system for Little Sunshine Childcare Center, creating a fresh identity that reflected the warmth, energy and optimism associated with both its name and its mission. The logo was built around a vibrant orange and yellow palette, incorporating a rising sun and cloud-inspired visual elements to create an identity that felt welcoming, bright and appropriate for an early childhood environment.
From the core identity, the visual system was extended across stationery, digital communications, social media and the center's website, giving Little Sunshine a consistent and recognizable presence across the ways families interact with the organization.
The result was a refreshed brand that helped move an established community institution forward while maintaining the warmth and familiarity at the heart of Little Sunshine.
